Dr Frischer is a senior consultant specialised in the preservation of expertise in large organisations, through the application of psychological processes and working on what is commonly referred to as interpersonal chemistry. His work is particularly relevant following M&A events or other forms of cultural upheaval that large organisations are faced with. He provides strategic advice and training at the highest echelons of management. Dr Frischer was a student and subsequently a colleague of world renown psychologist and Nobel prize winner (2002) Prof Daniel Kahneman.
